1. Purpose of Service
MenuFid provides a SaaS platform for restaurant menu digitization (QR Code Menu) and mobile loyalty program management.
2. Subscriptions & Pricing
Subscriptions are offered as flexible monthly plans. Payment is processed securely online or through your authorized distributor.
3. Data Protection
Collected data remains the exclusive property of the merchant. MenuFid commits to never reselling data to third parties and ensuring secure hosting.

5. Operating Licenses & Lifetime Terms
The term 'Lifetime License' or one-time payment tier confers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license strictly bound to the commercial lifespan of the MenuFid service. It carries no perpetual maintenance obligation in the event of major technology obsolescence, framework deprecations, or third-party platform policy shifts.
6. Cessation of Business & Bankruptcy
In the event of definitive cessation of operations, bankruptcy, receivership, or judicial liquidation of the platform publisher, no pro-rata refund or financial indemnification may be claimed by license holders or subscribers, the service being provided strictly 'as-is'.
7. Food Safety, Allergens & Hygiene
MenuFid operates exclusively as a technical SaaS provider. The partner venue holds sole and total legal responsibility for the accuracy of all displayed items, ingredients, allergens, food certifications (Halal, Kosher, Vegan), as well as cold-chain compliance and sanitary conditions.
8. Orders, Deliveries & Transportation Disputes
MenuFid does not provide any delivery services and does not employ any courier personnel. Delivery transit times, condition of food packages upon arrival, and collection of cash at the door fall under the exclusive responsibility of the restaurant.
9. 0% Commission Policy & Third-Party Payment Processing Fees
MenuFid operates on a strict 0% commission policy on all orders processed through the platform. For online credit card payments in France and Europe, transactions are processed directly by licensed payment provider Stripe (standard non-negotiable processing fee charged by Stripe of approx. 1.5% + €0.25 per successful transaction). Enabling online payments constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of these third-party banking fees, for which MenuFid assumes no liability.
